Where is your helpdesk based?
We have offices in Cambridge, Snetterton (Norfolk) and Framlingham (Suffolk). Our helpdesk is in Cambridge and our analysts across East Anglia can travel to you when needed. Increasingly, remote fixes can be performed in minutes.
Can I see print samples?
Yes, you can see print samples. To do so, please get in touch with us and one of our specialists will arrange it with you.
Are Baltoros configurable?
Yes, Baltoros are configurable. For example, if you print direct mail, you may choose to attach a Xerox Colour Accelerator. Other accessories and finishing options include sheet feeders, booklet makers and tape binders, to name a few optional products.
