What happens if you need help outside of operating hours? Can you track your Xerox supply orders?

Here are two convenient apps that can offer further support.

CareAR Instruct is an app that provides instructions, troubleshooting and support for Xerox devices.

The idea is that anyone can use the app (free to download) to self-solve problems they may encounter. As of May 2023, the following devices are supported:

  • VersaLink C405 Colour MFP
  • VersaLink C400 Colour Printer
  • VersaLink B405 MFP
  • VersaLink B400 Printer

You can get real-time updates on your print supplies by using the Xerox Supplies Tracking App. The app is free to download on your ConnectKey-enabled multifunctional printer.

With just a few simple taps, you can check the following:

  • If your orders have been placed
  • Delivery progress, including shipment information
  • Proof of delivery
  • A list of past deliveries and current ones
