CareAR Instruct
CareAR Instruct is an app that provides instructions, troubleshooting and support for Xerox devices.
The idea is that anyone can use the app (free to download) to self-solve problems they may encounter. As of May 2023, the following devices are supported:
- VersaLink C405 Colour MFP
- VersaLink C400 Colour Printer
- VersaLink B405 MFP
- VersaLink B400 Printer

Tracking Your Xerox Supplies
You can get real-time updates on your print supplies by using the Xerox Supplies Tracking App. The app is free to download on your ConnectKey-enabled multifunctional printer.
With just a few simple taps, you can check the following:
- If your orders have been placed
- Delivery progress, including shipment information
- Proof of delivery
- A list of past deliveries and current ones
