And of course, if you’re looking for a good quality office printer using traditional CMYK, then it pays to know what you’re getting.

What is a print sample?
A print sample allows you to see what can be produced on a Xerox printer or press of your choosing. For example, if you wanted to see something printed on an Iridesse, we can arrange for you to see or receive a tangible sample pack of outputs.
Can you send samples outside the UK?
Unfortunately, we can’t work with customers based outside the UK. We recommend that you contact a Xerox production specialist closer to home.
Where do your samples come from?
We can print samples for you ourselves in our showroom, but it depends which devices we have on site at any one time. Alternatively, we can also request a sample pack from Xerox to be sent to you.
In some cases, we ask our lovely current customers who have a machine you want to see a print sample from to provide us with some of their work. This way, you can see first-hand what a business like yours can expect to achieve with a Xerox device. Sometimes, we can arrange for you to see the press in action on a customer site, too.
How quickly can you send me samples?
We endeavour to send samples as soon as possible. However, time frames are variable depending on what we have in stock and how long it might take to source specifics. With this in mind, we will talk to you about what’s available and how long it might take on an individual basis.
Are samples free?
Print samples can be costly to source, so depending on what we provide there could be a cost. While we endeavour to provide samples for free, they are offered to genuine prospects with an interest in investing in our devices and services.
Some high-end sample books and stocks cannot be given away, but can be shared during meet-ups with our account managers.
